On December 1, 2008, my 7-year old granddaughter, Lily, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). For at least awhile, most of my posts will be on that topic because it overshadows every other aspect of my life right now. Just bear with me.

Jane - I should have emailed you. I’ve been booted offline several times after trying to read your blog. I’ve tried to leave comments, but it gives me the boot before I can. I’m having trouble with my blog loading - so I know how frustrating that is! We’ll get this all straightened out eventually. Thanks for stopping by!

OH OH I just love that first photo! They are all nice but I really like that yellow on blue!

Thank you, Doris! I LOVE forsythia - and I love those bright colors. I have another photo of forsythia against a blue sky that I posted a couple weeks ago.

My grandmother used to call forsythia “little lanterns that light the way to spring” ! How nice to see a picture of them. Spring can’t be too far behind.
