I am going to join CAII and give a lot of my blogs space to the effort. A 16 year old illegal was drag racing on the interstate here in Kansas City last week and ran a teacher off of the road. The teacher is dead, the 16 year old is in jail, but probably not for long.....after all he is illegal and young. LOL, thanks Carol, I needed that.
