I just recently passed the 500 mark for posts. Can you believe it? Who would have thought I’d write that many posts since I started this blog in mid-September. There have been highs and lows. A few posts are pretty darn good, and others are questionable. I spend literally hours on some posts, and others seem to write themselves in a matter of minutes. It has been a good experience, though, and I hope to continue for a long time. Thanks for stopping by and reading THE MEDIAN SIB.

On December 1, 2008, my 7-year old granddaughter, Lily, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). For at least awhile, most of my posts will be on that topic because it overshadows every other aspect of my life right now. Just bear with me.

I finally got around to erasing blogspot from your url on by blogroll, funny how every time I wanted to check out your blog, I was sent back to your last blog entry at Blogger……dah…..
Now that I know you haven’t quit bloggin’ I changed my blogroll so that web_loafer can get to your current blog once in awhile.

Congratulations on your 500th post! I can’t believe you have had so many postings in such a short time. I am still working on my fist 100. You must post regularly, more than once a day. It’s weird how some of the best postings can be the ones that come to you in a matter of minutes. I do the same, sometimes, I can spend several hours on one posting, and no one reads it. Of course, the ones that take like 2 minutes are more popular…don’t know why that is.
