Sunshine and Sweet Stuff (my granddaughters) along with their parents, came home from their beach vacation yesterday.  This afternoon, they came over to PawPaw’s to visit us for awhile.  At one point, Sunshine (3 years old) sat on my lap facing me.  She put her hands on either side of my face and smoothed my hair back a few times.  Then she moved her face close to mine and whispered,

“You look like a princess.”

Yes, that brought tears to my eyes.
