Anderson Cooper-and his mother. If you had watched this episode you may have a slightly less harsh opinion on him. He didn't make it because of his famous mother. In fact-it was quite the opposite. He did it on his own. He followed wars around the globe with his own video camera and nothing more. This was after being denied a job with ABC news. I happen to enjoy watching him and I'm a southern, redneck Republican. Just because someone has a famous parent doesn't mean they are automatically given everything when it comes to their work choices.
