You’ve got to admire Donald Trump. He’s not afraid to tell it like it is when it comes to Rosie O’Donnell. It seems that so many others are afraid to call her on her nasty remarks about other people. According to this news story, Donald responded to Rosie’s barbs by saying:
“Rosie O’Donnell is disgusting, I mean both inside and out,” Trump shot back on the syndicated entertainment show “The Insider.” “Take a look at her, she’s a slob. She talks like a truck driver. … Her show failed when it was a talk show, she failed on that. The ratings went very, very low and very bad and she got essentially thrown off television. Her magazine was a total catastrophe, she got sued.
“I never went bankrupt, but she said I went bankrupt. So probably I’ll sue her because it would be fun. I’d like to take some money out of her fat-ass pockets,” he said.
That’s wonderful. I especially agree with that first sentence.
Update: Apparently things goes more heated throughout today. Here’s another story:
Sphere: Related ContentThe Donald called the Los Ange
les-based morning show “Good Day L.A.” to sound off on O’Donnell’s remarks about his near-firing of Miss USA Tara Conner.
“Maybe she wanted to put the crown back on Miss USA’s head,” the real-estate mogul said of the openly gay O’Donnell, who has four children with her partner, Kelli. “I think she’s very attracted to Miss USA so she probably wanted to put the crown on her head herself.”
Insult No. 2: “She is a very, very unattractive woman who really is a bully.”
Insult No. 3: “Ultimately, Rosie is a loser, and ultimately (”The View”) will fail because of Rosie. … Barbara (Walters) made a mistake and let me tell you something, Barbara’s a good friend of mine. She cannot stand Rosie O’Donnell.”

I can’t stand Rosie and Donald ain’t too popular with me either.
Carol: I agree, Mushy. However, I think Donald has a semblance of class that is totally foreign to Rosie.

Rosie is a very bitter, angry person. She is unhappy with herself and the only way she can feel better is to put someone else down. She is going to totally alienate anyone who may have liked her with her constant ranting about what people do. I think she saw, in what Donald did, a ‘big fish’ reaching down to rescue a ‘little fish’. To her, that is offensive because she is a ‘little fish’!
She is a very sad individual.
Carol: Jane, I think you’re right - except she’s so obnoxious I have a hard time feeling sympathy for her…especially considering she blasted Trump on his morality. I imagine Trump was laughing when Rosie said her “wife” came to work with her because she didn’t want Trump going after her. As though Trump would want either of them.

Frankly I am tired of hearing about Trump, Rosie and Barbara W.
This story has gotten way too much attention.
This is about Adults behaving very badly. If I had young children I would tell them, these people are a perfect example of how not to behave.
They are all Pathetic! I don’t like yellow journalism or gossip TV. Don’t watch the View or The Apprentice ( I used to, but tired of the back biting and do anything to get ahead attitude)
If television is really a reflection of the society we are in big trouble.
Holding up beauty queens, athletes, talkshow hosts (Oprah, excluded) and Billionares does our children a grave disservice.
The real heros in childrens lives should be their family.
It seems to me there are special rules for the above mentioned groups. No one should get a pass for bad behavior. The average person usually does not, why should someone who is well known be different.
Humamity and the planet are on a downhill spiral, just watch CNN. So this tiff between all these assorted egos is a waste of time. This should not be headline news.
Frankly, I just getting tired of television.
