Since I hosted the Carnival of Education this past week, I’ve spent a lot of time recently reading education-related blogs.  I found one whose title I love - Skillet Blogging.   The title and tagline say it all:

Skillet Blogging:  Like my homemade meals here in Korea — a little of everything, all mixed together.

The author teaches English language learners in Korea.  Now I don’t agree with everything that this teacher writes, but I do LOVE that blog name!
