Problem solved. Here in calif., one would go to jail for this. If the LDS community is too powerful to allow a law such as this to pass, it proves the LDS is part of and always has been a part of making sure Doctrine 132 remains in tact, (somewhere) in their State. They honestly believed that Warren Jeffs had a direct line to God and they did their best to live "worthily" including doing some things that are at the least very reprehensible. I fault the law authorities for treating this as being obnoxious and embarassing-rather than blatently illegal and going in and straightening the mess out earlier. Regretfully, law enforcement made a negative first venture but does that preclude a better plan and a second try. Perhaps someone should have questioned why all the welfare was going unquestioningly to families. H-m-m-m...Johnnie is listed on the welfare rolls and then at twelve, Johnnie and his friends are kicked out. He should have been taken off the welfare dollar dole to the family and the family ought to have had to be accountable for his whereabouts. S.
