They should not have charged the tourist for anything anyway. But they so often get it wrong and end up encouraging crooks instead of discouraging them. The young hoodlum should have been hurt for what he attempted to do. It was just his misfortune that he was killed in his attempt. Three cheers to the gentleman who got the drop on the thug. I'm so glad for him! His confidence in himself and maturity over youth soars now I'm sure. No respect for the elderly anymore. Maybe this will change things a little.
