Without a doubt, Sanjaya Malakar was not the best singer out of the American Idol hopefuls.  However, he had his own certain charm - especially in face of the public ridicule he endured.  He smiled through it all - until it was announced that he was going home.  Then there were a few tears.  I believe he will probably be a fairly successful artist.  He’s only a teenager.  So he has time to mature and grow and learn and get better.  Good luck, Sanjaya!
