The Cotillion has a great post up in honor of Military Appreciation Month.
I like your list too! I usually keep my phone on vibrate and the ONLY time I will answer my phone during anything important (or even just during the middle of a conversation) is if it is one of my Marine sons who is overseas at that time. Then I fumble around, panic and burst into tears as I answer the phone!

I am so with you on this!!! It is so rude! What did ppl do before cell phones? They had to wait till a meeting was over to get the call. It's really ridiculous.

When I was 'the boss' I had a fit one time in a staff meeting when people's cell phones kept interrupting the meeting. I wrote a staff policy that cell phones were to be shut off during the meeting period. If someone had an emergency they could call the business line and they would be retrieved from the meeting (never happened). I was 'the boss' and I left my phone in my office, yet my employees had theirs ringing off the hook during meetings. If flew all over me!

I like your etiquette list :)
