Ahhh!  I’m writing this from work! However, it is before school, and I will be logged off by the time school starts.

RT didn’t pay his internet bill on time.  So they cut off service.  I think it will take nothing less than a presidential order for it to get back up and running again.  I’ve spent over an hour on the phone with the idiotic DSL folks - and RT has probably spent five or six times that - or more - and we still don’t have service - despite actually having a CREDIT on our account at the moment.

I would just like to mention that our DSL provider (BellSouth or is it AT&T now?) has no clue how to do business.  We’ve been without DSL service for about a month now.  Supposedly it was re-instated over a week ago.  Alas, still no DSL service.  When we move to the new house, we are seriously considering getting satellite service.  We can’t get cable service - and wouldn’t get it if we could.  Maybe satellite will be better than AT&T - if it doesn’t cost too much.

Anyway - I’ll be back to blogging as soon as I can.  I really miss writing.  I should spend a little time and figure out how to blog via my new Treo.

Wow, let me know how that satellite thing works out. I’ve heard it’s very expensive, so I’m interested for my brother-in-law who says he probably couldn’t afford it.

    Best of luck!

    Off-topic: HAPPY BIRTHDAY! grin

It could be worse, you could have Wavetel like we do in Waverly Hall. If the wind picks up everything shuts down. Happy Belated Birthday!
