I got an email from a friend today warning me that CHRISTMAS IS ONLY SEVEN WEEKS AWAY!  I looked at the calendar, and it’s true. Only seven weeks! And in that seven weeks, there is still Thanksgiving to celebrate.

As people who read my blog already know, for the past five or six years, I’ve done the majority of my Christmas shopping online.  Really, what could be simpler?  You decide what you want to buy, you go through a few clicks, and it is delivered right to your door.  No fighting traffic and crowds.  I usually save a few things to buy in person - just to maintain that holiday spirit.  Honestly, though, traffic and crowds do NOTHING for my holiday spirit except diminish it!

Now I’ve found Coupon Chief - which is a great online site where you can get online shopping coupons to use at places where you shop anyway! There are coupons to use online, and there are coupons you can use when shoppping in person.   According to their webpage, CouponChief.com strives to provide a one stop coupon deal and discount resource for their Web site visitors.  They have great customer support and they provide up to date coupon codes and promotional deals and discounts for the online shopping e-commerce industry.

So I started checking out the site, and saw a  Target coupon. I was already planning on running by Target this afternoon. Now I’ll get a discount on that purchase. They have PetSmart deals (where RT always buys Jake’s dogfood), and K-Mart coupons, too. My brother-in-law always shops at Hickory Farms for Christmas gifts. So I’ll tell him about getting a Hickory Farms coupon at Coupon Chief.  Really, there are more discounts and coupons than I could possibly name. 

Yea for easy and discounted Christmas shopping!
