Tonight RT and I watched the final episode of “The Alaska Experiment” on the Discovery Channel Although last week’s episode was pretty lame, the rest of the series was wonderful. As soon as they announced tonight that they’re taking applications for the second season of The Alaska Experiment, I got online and filled out my application. Seriously - I did it! It’s unlikely I’d be chosen for the show, but still - it’s one reality show that I would love to be a part of.
I think RT and I would be perfect for the show. We love Alaska - were remarried there a couple years ago. RT is a great outdoorsman, and I’m a great indoorswoman. So between the two of us, we’ve got it covered. We work well together, and I think we would be able to handle the challenges of living three months in Alaska just fine. We’re a couple of old farts who could show those young upstarts a thing or two. LOL!
By the way, if you aren’t familiar with “The Alaska Experiment,” it is on the Discovery Channel and is an excellent show. Look it up. I’m sure they’ll rerun it plenty of times in the next few months. Here’s a link to the application for the second season of “The Alaska Experiment.”
