Did you see Piper Palin holding baby Trig during Sarah Palin’s speech tonight? Here’s the video. At one point, Piper licked her palm and then smoothed down Trig’s hair. Then later the camera showed her stroking his face. Absolutely tender!

The Palin Family

Wasn’t Piper adorable? Did you see her engage John McCain in conversation, on stage, during the long standing ovation at the end of the speech? She just talked to him and he bent over and talked to her, grinning from ear to ear. I would LOVE to know what she had to say!!
And Bristol and Levi, holding hands on stage. What a tough position for them to be in! But what grit and courage they showed. It’s a rough way to get a marriage started, but, watching them tonight, I thought, maybe they have what it takes to make it work.
Sarah and Todd Palin have every reason to be proud of their family.

Piper was absolutely precious tonight. The Palin children are obviously well cared for and loved. And isn’t Todd a fine looking man?

I love the Palin’s. They’ve had my support from the get-go, and now even more so. I love that Mr. Palin is a Yupik Native, just as I am!

Ditto, ditto, ditto. What a strong, good looking family. They were just beaming with pride - especially that Piper. I think she thought she won the pageant!!!!! So tender seeing the love they showed taking turns holding the baby. Even Cindy McCain got in on the act. And Sarah Palin, what a gal! McCain had my half hearted vote before, the ticket has my FULL SUPPORT. I’m anxious to learn more about McCain’s diverse family of 7 children too. I’ve heard his ex has a McCain sticker on her car and he is still in close contact with her grow children whom he adopted. Hey, families are not perfect, I know mine isn’t but we do our best and we love each other.

Debi just left and we both talked and laughed about Piper licking the palm of her hand to smooth the baby’s hair down. That baby is loved as are the rest of the family. The way Todd conducted himself and looked so adoringly at Sarah! What a night!

I haven’t had a chance to watch TV at all today, but surely that clip has been on a lot. It was precious.

How precious. It is obvious the Palins are teaching their children to care for each other. I am so excited about her being on the ticket. I think she will be a FABulous VP!

What tickles me is knowing Mom’s are still out there grooming their children with whatever option is available at the moment, and teaching their offspring to do the same.
I remember so well each of my kids ” moooooooooom ! Don’t spit on me !”
Remember those smudged faces, that cowlick ? I was lmao !

Piper is absolutely adorable. The picture of her holding the baby while licking her hand is a picture worthy of American Greeting or Hallmark. If they’re smart they should get on it right away! God bless this beautiful family!

All I can say is the USA will love this family and give Sarah a chance to prove herself.
We all did here in Alaska and she is the best and her family is close and they put God first in their family . I love them and may God bless them in this time and bring forth another miricle in using this family to help run this country .
