That sounds delicious. RT and I eat normal recipes for days, too. I will finish up that first meatloaf at lunch today. We've had it for dinner twice. So that one loaf has provided three meals for us. In a few weeks I'll probably cook the second one - and the third one probably won't be cooked till sometime after Christmas. Norma, I hope you will share your sweet-and-sour meatloaf recipe. I also like that you wear a glove to mix the meat. When we watch Food TV and I see the chefs putting their bare hands in something to mix it just grosses me out.
