Philip and I totally used your recipe to make an apple pie last weekend! I've been meaning to leave you a comment and tell you. It turned out beautifully (with a lattice top!) and (this reminds me) his mom wants the recipe now. P.S.-Can you add me to the family email list? (you are the one in charge of it, right?
