If he follows through and leaves the show, he will probably find it difficult to get another job. Who wants to hire a cry baby. Yes, Washington should learn some manners but Knight should get a backbone and just tell him to shut up and go on. We have all been called names and, as children, would take our toys and go home pouting. However, as adults, we should know how to handle this kind of thing.
