The boy was wearing a pair of Crocs at Miami International Airport when one became entangled in an escalator.

I work in a hospital, and yes, they are lightweight and cushy, also very nice to slide in and out of, Nice to air out the feet as well… But, My friends at work and I were all talking about them and all agreed that we trip a lot more in them than in normal shoes. It seems the front of the shoe is bigger and makes it easier to stumble. I bought a pair for my little brother (4yrs old) when I got mine (before I discovered the trip factor) and my mom will not let him wear “them stupid things” because they make him trip. However, I did discover that they make great chew toys for dogs… she demolished it!

I had to give away my baby blue crocs, and soon my pink slippers because the soles of the shoes make my feet itch like ‘heck’. Though they’re pretty cute–except for the fact that they’re so ugly. :]
