That sounds delicious. RT and I eat normal recipes for days, too. I will finish up that first meatloaf at lunch today. We’ve had it for dinner twice. So that one loaf has provided three meals for us. In a few weeks I’ll probably cook the second one – and the third one probably won’t be cooked till sometime after Christmas.
