Is it just me, or do others also miss George and Carolyn?Ivanka and Don seem like nice enough people, and I know they got great grades at a great school.  However, even with their sterling qualifications, the main reason they’re working for Donald Trump is because he’s their dad. 

Their comments in the boardroom or during the challenges just don’t carry much weight for me.  Two twenty-somethings whose major qualification for their jobs is their paternity - dispensing advice to people who have actually WORKED their way up in the world.  It just doesn’t cut it, and it doesn’t ring true.

Now George and Carolyn were “seasoned veterans” of the business world.  When they gave criticism or advice, you knew it came from real experience.  It carried some weight.  They helped make the show interesting.

Ivanka and Don are like kids trying to act like grown-ups.  All the education and position in the world can’t make up for the lack of experience.

And the “tent city” thing was a novelty at first, but really - that is so lame - and not at all real-world.  Enough already!

As RT and I watched last night, he commented several times that The Apprentice just isn’t very good this season, and I have to agree with him.
