There’s not much on TV tonight, and so the TV ended up on Nancy Grace. She had an interesting report on Jason Caffey.
Jason Caffey, NBA superstar, has ten kids by eight different women. You read that right. TEN children by EIGHT different women. When did the man have time to play basketball?
So there is Caffey – racking in millions as an NBA star & living the high life. Meanwhile he’s fathering kids all over the place. Obviously about as morally irresponsible as a person can get. He owes over $300,000 in child support – and reportedly hasn’t paid any of his child support in years. He filed for bankrupcy last year – perhaps to avoid paying the child support. Worse than not paying child support, though, is that he has no relationship with any of the ten kids. Absolutely irresponsible and unethical. It is probably for the best that he isn’t in his children’s lives.
Somebody, please buy this man some condoms and teach him how to use them.

I had never heard of him until I read about him via the links to this article. The term “superstar” was given to him in those articles.

Jason Caffey’s story is a tragedy. It is such a shame that he ended up this way. We should blame the women, too, though. At some point, the women that had childen 2-10 should also have a consideration for birth control. I mean, who has unprotected sex with a known “player”, please, they knew what they were getting into.

I’m reminded by the mothers (plural, yes) of the children of NBA’s Gary Payton who all named the sons after their father (presumed) in various ways: Gary Payton II, and Gary Payton, Jr, and Garry Payton, (etc, etc). I feel sorry for the children (who have to share their name with their half-brothers and father), disappointed with the irresponsible Father, and disgusted at the Mothers whose greed is demontrated by how they name their sons.

Aja Ypu have no clue what you’re talking about. If he didn’t want the women to know then they wouldn’t. It happens all the time.
