Shayne Lamas and Matt Grant’s engagement ended in record time, but Shayne has no problem with keeping the ring.
No one expected the relationship to last. She was an obvious attention-seeker who wanted to win the Bachelor’s heart in order to further her career. It worked. No one had heard of her before the show. Now she’s in all the tabloids.
In an interview, Shayne Lamas announced that she “Has prepared a permanent home for the 2.85 carat Tacori platinum-and-diamond eternity ring.”
I have it and I am going to keep it forever for the rest of my life,” Lamas told PEOPLE. It’s safe and clean and in a gladd box like a glass slipper.”
Lamas says that Grant is fine with the arrangement and even wants to come over to her place to see the ring. Even though Shayne Lamas insists that she was never unfaithful, there are photos circulating of her with at least one other man while she was still engaged to Grant.
It appears to me that Lamas is relishing all the attention she has received from the show, the engagement, and now the breakup. I wonder what she will do next to feed her need for the spotlight.
